Joane learns about the culture of the client she is working with so that she can sing familiar tunes to the client. She loves using phrases in the client's mother tongue so that they feel instantly at ease around her. Joane’s smile is so contagious that when she is around, her clients smile too.
The whole family can relax and know the client is safe and doing well when Joane is in the house. She brightens the day of all those around her.
